Note: This page summarises the refund & cancellation terms that apply to OjoyLife paid subscriptions. The full legal text is in our Terms of Service. If a clause here ever conflicts with the Terms, the Terms govern.
If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 30 days of the initial charge at support@ojoylife.com and we will refund that charge in full. The 30-day guarantee applies once per account and only to your first paid invoice (Standard or Premium, monthly or yearly). After the refund is processed, your account is moved back to the Free plan.
You can cancel at any time from your profile by clicking "Manage Billing" — this opens our payment partner Stripe's secure portal where you can stop the renewal in one click. After cancellation you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We follow the FTC "click-to-cancel" principle: cancelling is no harder than signing up.
Outside of the first-purchase guarantee, ongoing subscription fees (monthly renewals, yearly renewals, partial periods) are non-refundable as a default. We will, however, consider refunds case-by-case for: (a) charges resulting from a confirmed service outage, (b) accidental double charges, (c) charges made by an unauthorised user, or (d) unrecognised renewals where you contact us within 14 days of the renewal date. Email support@ojoylife.com with your account email and the charge date.
New accounts can try Premium free for 3 days. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you choose to subscribe before or after the trial ends, the 30-day money-back guarantee above applies to that first paid charge.
Paid plans renew automatically at the rate shown on the pricing page (monthly or annually) until you cancel. We will email you a receipt after each charge, and your renewal date is always visible in your profile. Card details are stored securely by our PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor (Stripe) — they are never stored on OjoyLife servers.
If you are a consumer based in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive / Consumer Contracts Regulations. Because OjoyLife is digital content delivered immediately, by clicking subscribe you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins. The 30-day money-back guarantee above remains available regardless of jurisdiction.
You can update your card or other payment method anytime from "Manage Billing". If a renewal payment fails, we will retry following Stripe's standard dunning schedule and email you. If payment cannot be collected after 21 days, the subscription is automatically cancelled and your account is moved to the Free plan with no further charges.
For any refund or cancellation request that the Stripe billing portal cannot resolve, email support@ojoylife.com from the email address tied to your account. Please include the date and amount of the charge you are asking about. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
